This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address. The KHUSHI AGRO PRIVATE LIMITED also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.

Shipping Policy

Net Shipping charge is ZERO for all of our products in all over the PAN India and Globally. And shipping is free for all customers. We do wish to let you know that most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of placing an order. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days. You will receive an email & WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped from our end with Shipment Tracking ID’s and Shipment Courier Partner name. If you would like your order to be shipped to you earlier or delivered by a specific date, do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Shipping Policy

Net Shipping charge is ZERO for all of our products in all over the International Orders. And shipping is free for all customers. We do wish to let you know that most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of placing an order. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 14 to 16 business days. You will receive an email & WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped from our end with Shipment Tracking ID’s and Shipment Courier Partner name. If you would like your order to be shipped to you earlier or delivered by a specific date, do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with proper labels, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping details, as well as detailed information on how and where to send package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Dawnlee will not accept refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our customers to find a solution that is fair to all parties.

In case of: Damaged Product

• Dawnlee needs to be notified of damaged product within 5 days from delivery date via email to info@dawnlee.in
• In the email, order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product to be sent.
• In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
• We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing an fair solution.
• Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In case of: Missing Product

• Dawnlee needs to be notified of missing product within 5 days from delivery date via email to info@dawnlee.in
• In the email, order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received to be sent.
• We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
• Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In case of: Spoiled Product

• Dawnlee needs to be notified of spoilage of product within 10 days from delivery date via email to info@dawnlee.in
• In the email, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images or video of the product to be shared
• We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of best and natural ingredients and we will ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained
• We will work with you on providing a fair solution.
• Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
• Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

Product Policy

We do not guarantee product availability at all times; nonetheless, if these items are not available for immediate delivery we will do so at the earliest possible. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. In case of any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Payment Policy

The prices quoted in the Shopping cart are per unit and are inclusive of GST as applicable on the date of billing. However, the cost of shipping will be additional as indicated. You will be responsible for the paying costs as per the value generated in the shopping cart.
