8 Walk {Siddha Walk}

Among the plethora of walking exercises, one stands out as supremely effective – the “8 shape walk method,” also known as the “infinity walk” in Western culture. This ancient practice, endorsed by Yogis and Siddhars, offers remarkable advantages for your overall well-being. To unlock its full potential, dedicate 15 to 30 minutes daily, ideally during the early hours of 5 to 6 AM or PM, on an empty stomach.

The “8 Shape Walk” Technique

The core of this exercise is the "8" shaped walking pattern, and it's best practiced barefoot. Begin by walking from south to north in a clockwise direction for 15 minutes, followed by an anticlockwise walk for another 15 minutes. This 30-minute routine is optimal, but you can extend it according to your comfort level. The key is to focus on the continuous figure-eight shape as you walk.

Energizing the Body and Activating Organs

Walking from south to north, aligning with the Earth's magnetic field, provides an energy boost and activates your chakras and internal organs. The unique figure-eight movement engages various body parts such as the legs, ankles, knees, abdomen, hips, hands, shoulders, neck, and head. This twisting and turning motion offers superior physical benefits compared to regular walking.

The Ideal "8 Shape Walk" Setup

To perform the "8 shape walk" as per Siddha guidance, create a path that is 6 to 8 feet wide and 12 to 16 feet long, aligning it from North "N" to South "S." Starting from the south in a clockwise direction, complete the "8" shaped walk continuously for 10 to 15 minutes. Afterward, switch to the anticlockwise direction at your normal walking pace.

The Abundant Health Benefits

Daily "8 shape walking" significantly improves overall health, aiding in weight loss, boosting confidence, and enhancing physical and mental well-being. The pressure points stimulated by walking barefoot activate internal organs, providing relief from chronic ailments. Concentrating on the "8" shape promotes proper breathing and helps clear stuffy noses, dissolve phlegm, and alleviate asthma symptoms. The exercise also facilitates complete respiration, which energizes the body and aids in the reversal of various health issues, from foot cracks to heart diseases.

A Path to Rejuvenation

Regular practice of the “8 shape walk” can bring back youthful vigor and reverse numerous ailments, including pain in the shoulders, neck, back, lumbar, knees, heels, spondylitis, sciatica, disc prolapse, paralysis, depression, epilepsy, migraine, diabetes, hypertension, thyroid issues, kidney stones, gall bladder stones, asthma, sinusitis, piles, colitis, nervous debility, sleeplessness, and kidney problems. This exercise is a powerful tool for maintaining good health and overall rejuvenation.

Incorporate the "8 shape walk" into your daily routine to enjoy a healthy and disease-free life. This practice not only benefits your body but also brings peace to your mind. Always consult your doctor for personalized health advice.
